Shipping and Handling


We at dispatch the orders on the same day of receiving the request or in some cases the very next working or the business day. The orders will not be dispatched on non-working or non--busines days which include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Our service providers include Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL, Fed Ex and some other private couriers. It is within our discretion to select the best service for your parcel.

a) Will there be any additional Taxes that I need to pay on my delivery?

All of our product prices are inclusive of all taxes (if applicable). For any EU country no other charges will be made. However, if you are resident outside the EU your customs may charge you on entry. These are out of our control and subject to individual country guidelines.


b) My order is being held at Customs. What will happens now?

Customs can hold any order for the length of time that they perceive as appropriate. Unfortunately we have no control over this and are unable to prevent this from happening.

This does not happen very often, but if your package is selected by Customs, one of three outcomes will occur:

1)    Your order may be held by Customs and forwarded to you when they deem appropriate. We cannot comment on the timescale of this as they treat each case independently and we are not provided with any information.

2)    Your order may be seized by Customs and they may contact you directly to advise of the seizure and the reasons why. They may also ask you to provide medical documentation in certain circumstances.

3)    Your order may be returned to us by Customs. If this happens we will not be made aware of the reason for return. We will then contact you to advise of your options.

  • All orders are shipped same day or within 2 working days. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • All Domestic & International orders will be posted via Royal Mail or via other private postal courier, Signature required upon receiving.
  • Upon dispatch we obtain a certificate of posting from post office or a Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail International Signed for. We keep all postage records up-to-date.
  • If you would like your order to be posted by Recorded / Special Delivery with Tracking Number and you are willing to pay additional cost, please contact us for the quote before you place your order.
  • We always obtain proof of posting and so any claims for loss or damage will have to be taken up with the Royal Mail or Carrier/Postal Provider by the buyer. We will provide email copies if requested of the proof of posting. For this we may require a claims form to be completed and posted back to us. Royal mail does require 21 days after posting before an item is classed as lost.
  •  Most orders through 2nd class Royal Mail reach customers within 2 to 3 days, however sometimes it may also get delayed in mails by 15 days.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in mail after we have posted / shipped your order.
  • Different countries charge different customs fees. We are not responsible if there are any customs fees that you might have to pay in your country. Please check your local custom authority if you need more information regarding your customs fees before placing order. 
  • Please contact us immediately if you have any queries/questions regarding your purchase and they will be dealt with promptly.


Back Orders:

In a very small number of cases there might be a delay in delivering your order due to temporarily out of stock inventory. Sometimes the bulk stock shipments take longer to arrive to warehouse due to customs & tax purposes. In such cases the customer will be notified by email and your order will be put in Back Order.  This may mean that part of your order has been posted and the out of stock item will be sent later. If you receive a notification that an item has been Back Ordered then you will always have the option to cancel the Back ordered items if you wish. You will not be charged extra postage for the dispatch of Back Ordered items.



We always work hard to guarantee that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If in case you are not happy or satisfied with the purchase or order, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue and provide a best solution.

In case of any order being lost or damaged in the post (15 working days for the UK, and 20 working days for international orders) we will send a replacement immediately. In case of damaged goods, the customer will have to provide the pictures in case of received damaged goods in transition, which is mandatory to claim the postage from the courier service provider. We politely ask that the customer waits for this time to pass as in most cases the parcel will arrive late or returned to sender.


Returns Policy - Returns & Refunds:

In Distance Selling Regulations if you wish to cancel your purchase customers legally have a period of seven working days from the date of delivery within which they can cancel the sale. However at we extend that time period to 30 days. This means you can return your purchased goods to us within 30 days of the date of delivery and cancel the sale and receive a refund. Please return the unopened & unused products, with a note of your order number and reason for cancellation. As soon as we receive the returned goods the will be issued immediately.

All original postage and packing charges are paid for by the customer wherever applicable, and the return postage is also the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, in which case the cost of returning goods are the responsibility of The customer must take proper care when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
